Responsibilities and more:

Job Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate Japanese-English interpretation for live conversations.
- Facilitate clear communication between Japanese and English speakers.
- Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and cultural sensitivity.
- Work remotely using company-approved platforms after successful training.

Requirements:
- Native or fluent in Japanese and English.
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.




- Reliable high-speed internet connection.
- Laptop or desktop computer, webcam, and USB headset.
- Available to work full-time starting 7:00 AM Pacific Time (California, USA).
- Professional, dependable, and eager to learn.

Training Program Details:
- Successful candidates will complete a 3-week paid training program before beginning live interpretation.
- Duration is 3 weeks.
- Live online training occurs from 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM (US Pacific Time), Monday through Friday.
- Self-paced assignments require approximately 5 hours daily.
- Paid time is 35 hours per week at $11 USD per hour.

Technical Requirements:
- Laptop or desktop computer only (mobile devices are not permitted for assessments).
- Stable internet connection.
- Quiet workspace suitable for remote work.
