You will optimize patient care outcomes by managing clinical workflows and communication.

Compensation:

USD 8 - 12/hour

+ Bonuses (up to 50% of base compensation)

- You are proficient in Workflow improvements, Triage, Standard operating procedures (SOP), Software development, Patient care coordination.

Responsibilities and more:

Responsibilities:
- Own patient communication across phone, text, email, and patient portal in both English and Spanish.
- Triage incoming patient requests, recognizing urgent issues that require immediate physician attention while independently managing routine requests.
- Document patient encounters accurately and efficiently in the electronic medical record (EMR).
- Coordinate referrals, imaging, laboratory testing, prescriptions, and follow-up care.
- Manage physician scheduling, calendar coordination, and administrative workflows.
- Monitor laboratory results, medication refills, vaccinations, TB reporting, and other clinical tasks to ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
- Identify workflow inefficiencies and proactively recommend improvements.
