This role is responsible for supporting the organization in ensuring compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, particularly within the financial services sector. The successful candidate will assist in monitoring regulatory obligations, supporting compliance initiatives,



managing regulatory documentation, and contributing to the implementation of compliance-related action plans.
The adecuado candidate is a qualified lawyer with experience in regulated financial institutions and a strong understanding of banking regulations, financial supervision frameworks, and compliance requirements established by financial regulatory authorities.

Key Responsibilities
Regulatory Compliance & Monitoring
Support the monitoring and assessment of compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements.
Identify, document, and escalate potential compliance gaps, regulatory risks, or areas requiring remediation.
Assist in the development and maintenance of compliance matrices, regulatory inventories, and monitoring mechanisms.
Contribute to the preparation of compliance indicators, reports, and management information for internal stakeholders.
