This role focuses on aiding the team in creating a startup manufacturing plan, reviewing equipment selection, and training personnel on supplier criteria.
The adecuado candidate should have a basic understanding of cacao production and be willing to travel to rural areas. Spanish language skills are preferred for effective communication.
