Role Description The Accounting Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in the Las Vegas Metropolitan Area, responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations for Pueblo Medical Imaging.

The Accounting





Manager oversees the day-to-day accounting operations for a complex multi-entity healthcare organization and partners with the Controller to restore and maintain a timely month-end close.

Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting.

- Seven or more years of accounting experience.
- Healthcare and multi-entity accounting experience preferred.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, Microsoft Excel, and QuickBooks.

Duties

- Lead month-end close for multiple entities.
- Manage bank reconciliations, balance sheet reconciliations, journal entries, allocations, and intercompany accounting.
- Coordinate with revenue cycle management vendors on all revenue reconciliations and cash balancing.
- Review payroll accounting, physician compensation accruals, and financial reporting.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and variance analyses.
- Supervise accounting staff and drive process improvements.
- Support audit, tax return, and shareholder reporting.
