Key Responsibilities
- Academic and Pedagogical Leadership: Design, implement, and oversee the Primary academic program; ensure effective delivery of curriculum and pedagogical methodologies; promote innovative, student‑centered teaching practices; analyze academic results and establish continuous improvement plans.
- Teaching Staff Management: Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the Primary teaching team; identify professional development needs and support ongoing training; lead pedagogical meetings and foster collaborative teamwork; participate in recruitment and induction of new teaching staff.
- Student Monitoring: Oversee students’ academic, social, and emotional progress; implement support strategies for students with specific learning needs; ensure a safe, inclusive, and positive learning environment; coordinate behavior management and wellbeing strategies.
