THE OPPORTUNITY

The Siegel Group is seeking a senior construction executive to build and lead our nationwide construction and capital projects organization.

This is not a traditional construction management role. The Vice President, Construction & Capital Projects will oversee major renovation, redevelopment, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects across a geographically dispersed real estate portfolio while building the systems, teams, vendor relationships, and controls needed to support continued growth.

This is a highly hands-on, field-oriented position. The successful candidate will spend significant time visiting properties and active projects, solving problems, holding contractors accountable, and ensuring work is completed on time, on budget,



and to established quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
