Technical Lead Manager at BairesDev

As a Technical Lead Manager, you will oversee engineering teams, harmonizing technical strategy with people development. You will guide the evolution of our delivery model while fostering a high-performance culture that aligns technical excellence with business growth.

What You'll Do

- Lead and mentor a team of engineers, driving their career development and performance management.
- Define and execute technical strategies and architectural roadmaps to ensure scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Oversee the end-to-end technical delivery of projects, ensuring high-quality standards and efficient resource allocation.




- Collaborate with stakeholders to align engineering efforts with long-term organizational goals and delivery excellence.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment efforts to build and scale high-performing technical teams.

What We Are Looking For

- 6+ years of experience in Engineering Management or as a Technical Lead.
- Proven expertise in people management, including hiring, performance management, and people development.
- Strong technical background with the ability to lead engineering teams and define technical strategy.
- Experience balancing delivery goals with long-term technical excellence and team growth.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
