Mobile Performance Engineer (iOS) at BairesDev

As a Mobile Performance Engineer (iOS), you will focus on optimizing the efficiency and responsiveness of iOS applications. You will ensure a high-quality user experience by identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks related to memory, battery life, and interface fluidity.

What You'll Do

- Analyze and optimize iOS application startup time and scrolling performance to ensure a seamless user experience.
- Monitor and reduce memory usage and battery consumption using Xcode Instruments and other profiling tools.
- Identify and resolve complex performance regressions through deep-dive analysis of Swift code and system frameworks.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement best practices for resource management and efficient coding.




- Design and execute performance testing strategies to proactively catch regressions before they reach production.

What We Are Looking For

- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Mobile Development, or Performance Engineering.
- Proven expertise in optimizing iOS application performance, including memory and battery consumption.
- Proficiency in using Xcode Instruments for profiling and identifying performance bottlenecks.
- Strong background in Swift development and iOS system internals.
- Hands-on experience improving startup times and UI responsiveness for mobile applications.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
