- Solving application incidents.
- Maintaining Simcorp Dimension System Operations Platform (SOP).
- Solving Batch job incidents.
- Provide end user support.
- Authorization management.
- Constructively elevate to other parties in case of data delivery issues.
- System monitoring.
- Ensures ongoing maintenance as well as updating of documentation and test data.
