Aprile Peru is looking for an Export Assistant to join our operations team in Lima.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate export shipments while ensuring compliance with customer requirements and delivery deadlines
- Manage export documentation in accordance with regulatory and operational standards, including BASC requirements
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and logistics partners throughout the export process
- Provide timely operational updates and maintain clear communication across the supply chain
- Monitor invoicing processes and ensure accurate billing instructions
- Support the operations team in delivering efficient and reliable export services
Candidate Profile
- Professional or technical qualification in International Trade, Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of operational experience within a freight forwarding company, customs agency or related logistics environment
- Knowledge of international logistics processes and export operations
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused mindset
- High attention to detail and administrative accuracy
