Role Description The Marketing Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Miraflores. This position leads and executes B2B and ISP marketing activities in Peru, supporting business growth and sales objectives. Serving as the main marketing contact for the ISP and SI teams, while supporting the overall performance of the Marketing team.

Qualifications

- 3-5 years of experience in B2B marketing, channel marketing, or related commercial roles.
- Experience working with B2B customers, ISPs, System Integrators, or technology channels.
- Experience coordinating marketing activities and/or teams.
- Experience in technology, networking, telecommunications, or IT preferred.
- Previous experience leading, coordinating, or managing a marketing team.

Main Responsibilities

- Develop and execute B2B and ISP marketing plans aligned with business objectives.
- Manage marketing activities for ENBU, SPBU, and ESBU.
- Act as the main marketing contact for ISP and SI teams.
- Coordinate campaigns, events, trainings, product launches,



and partner activities.
- Work closely with Sales and Product teams to identify and develop business opportunities.
- Monitor marketing performance, budgets, and results.
- Coordinate the Marketing team and support overall team performance.
- Ensure timely and effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Technical and Commercial Knowledge

- B2B and channel marketing knowledge.
- Understanding of ISP, System Integrator, networking, telecommunications, or IT businesses.
- Knowledge of marketing planning, campaigns, and performance analysis.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
