Key Responsibilities:

- Manage all aspects of an assigned portfolio of 100-130 doors, including single family homes, townhomes, condos, and multi-family buildings.
- Communicate professionally with property owners, tenants, vendors, and internal teams on a daily basis.
- Manage tenant work order submissions in AppFolio, assigning technicians and contractors as needed.
- Schedule maintenance with vendors and follow up to confirm quality and timely completion.
- Approve maintenance invoices accurately and on time, based on funds provided by the property owner.
- Lead the turn process for vacant units, including cleaning, maintenance, and compliance preparation.
- Send late rent letters, file for collections, schedule evictions,



and process move-out security deposit reimbursements.

Skills:

- Comfortable learning new software platforms (AppFolio experience is a plus)
- Calm under pressure and highly organized
- Confident making decisions independently, with minimal supervision
- Skilled at de-escalating difficult tenant and owner conversations professionally
- Strong time management and ability to juggle competing priorities

Qualifications:

- At least 2 years of experience in a customer-facing administrative, operations, or property management role
- Property management experience is a plus but not required; strong candidates often come from customer success, executive assistant, hospitality, leasing, or similar backgrounds
- C1/C2 English proficiency (verified through an assessment)
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, CRM systems, and property management software
- Not a U.S. citizen or U.S. Green Card holder
- Strong English communication (written & spoken)
- High-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum)
- Windows 10/11 (not Mac), minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent

Setting: 100% Remote Schedule:

Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (EST)
