Role Description The Regional Sales Coordinator at LP LED is a full-time, hybrid role based in Lima, with a combination of in-office work and some work-from-home flexibility to sale in Latinamerica. This role supports the regional sales team by coordinating daily sales activities, managing schedules, preparing proposals, and maintaining accurate records in CRM and other sales systems. The role includes collaborating with internal teams such as logistics, finance, and technical support to ensure smooth operations and high-quality customer experiences.

The coordinator also assists with sales reports, performance tracking, and regional sales initiatives to help drive growth and market penetration.

Qualifications

- Strong Sales Coordination and Sales Operations skills, including scheduling, CRM management, and pipeline tracking.
- Proficiency in Sales activities such as lead follow-up, quotation preparation, and order processing.
- Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on responsiveness, problem-solving,



and relationship-building.
- Clear and professional Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
- Experience in a sales support or coordination role, preferably in lighting, technology, or related industries.
- Solid organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
- Comfort with hybrid work arrangements, including the ability to work independently and reliably from home when needed.
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales management tools.
- Relevant education in Business, Marketing, Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
- Basic numerical and analytical skills to support sales reporting and performance analysis.
