Role Description
The Owner or Writer will manage and grow the Dubai Business Book Club’s presence by designing and leading book-based programs and activities. This full-time, on-site role in Lima involves selecting and reviewing books, preparing discussion guides, and facilitating in-person meetings and events for entrepreneurs and professionals. The role includes creating written content such as summaries, blog posts, newsletters, and social media updates that reflect the club’s focus on business, mindset, and leadership. The individual will engage with community members, build partnerships with local organizations, and coordinate logistics for club sessions and special events. They will also maintain email communications, respond to inquiries, and continuously improve the club experience based on feedback and emerging business trends.

Qualifications
- Strong writing and editing abilities, including clear, engaging business and non-fiction writing.
- Experience creating reading lists,



book reviews, discussion guides, or educational content.
- Background or interest in entrepreneurship, business strategy, leadership, or professional development.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills for leading group discussions and events.
- Organizational and time-management skills to plan, schedule, and run regular on-site sessions.
- Comfort working on-site in Lima and engaging directly with diverse professionals.
- Familiarity with email and social media platforms for community engagement and event promotion.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Literature, Education, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent practical experience.
- Previous experience in community building, event coordination, or running clubs or groups is an advantage.
