Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced
IT Agile Project Manager
with a strong background in software development lifecycle management and advanced reporting capabilities. The idóneo candidate will have deep expertise in using

Confluence

business intelligence (BI) reporting tools
to drive transparency, performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making across Agile projects. This role requires strong communication, leadership,



and the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights for both technical teams and executive stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end Agile software development projects using Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid methodologies.
- Manage cross-functional delivery teams across product, engineering, QA, and UX.
- Facilitate all Agile ceremonies: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and sprint reviews.
- Ensure alignment between project scope, timeline, and business goals while managing risks and dependencies.
- Own and optimize Jira dashboards and workflows to reflect sprint progress, story points, velocity, burndown, and backlog health.
- Develop and maintain advanced Jira reports for sprint tracking, release planning, team capacity, cycle time, and throughput metrics.
