Vice President (VP) — Procurement

Position Overview

The Vice President (VP) of Procurement is responsible for the overall strategic planning and operational management of the company's procurement system. This role encompasses the formulation of global procurement strategies, supplier development and management, procurement cost optimization, supply chain collaboration, and the integration of international procurement resources. The VP ensures a stable supply of high-quality, competitively priced raw materials and products, thereby enhancing the company's supply chain competitiveness in the global jewelry market.

Key Responsibilities

I. Procurement Strategic Planning and Supply Chain Development

Formulate medium- to long-term procurement strategies and supply chain development plans;

Optimize the general procurement footprint and resource allocation;

Drive the establishment of an international procurement system for precious metals, diamonds, gemstones, and jewelry-related materials;

Build an efficient, stable, and sustainable procurement management system.

Supplier Development and Procurement Management

Formulate strategies for supplier development and management;

Develop and maintain relationships with key domestic and international suppliers and strategic partners;

Establish systems for supplier evaluation, certification, and performance management;

Optimize the supplier base to enhance supply chain stability and competitiveness.

III. Cost Control and Procurement Optimization

Formulate cost control strategies to improve procurement efficiency;

Optimize procurement processes to reduce costs and expand profit margins;

Maximize procurement value through market analysis, price negotiation, and resource integration;

Balance cost control, product quality, and delivery schedule requirements.

IV. Cross-functional Collaboration and Business Support

Coordinate across procurement, supply chain, production, design, sales, and operations teams;
