Role Overview
We are seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager to take ownership of our digital presence and drive growth through strategic, data-informed marketing. This is a full-time role for a marketing professional who combines strong digital expertise with a creative edge. The adecuado candidate is equally comfortable building a paid media strategy, owning social media execution, and leading integrated campaigns that generate real business results.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across social, search, display, and email channels
- Own paid media strategy and day-to-day campaign management across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms
- Develop and manage social media content calendars, driving both organic growth and paid performance
- Monitor, analyse, and report on digital performance metrics,



using insights to optimise spend and strategy
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing activity with business goals and brand guidelines
- Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation of spend across channels
- Keep pace with industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging platforms to maintain competitive edge

Required Qualifications
- Strong background in digital marketing with demonstrable experience running successful campaigns
- Deep knowledge of paid media platforms including Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
- Proven social media marketing expertise, including both organic and paid strategies
- Data-driven approach with ability to interpret analytics and drive continuous improvement
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present marketing performance clearly to stakeholders
