Responsibilities and more:

As a UX/UI Designer at Singular, you will play a strategic role in designing AI-driven digital experiences that bridge human needs with intelligent systems. This role goes beyond traditional interface design, focusing on translating AI capabilities into intuitive, trustworthy, and high-impact user experiences.

You will actively participate in product discovery, collaborating with Product Owners, engineers, and AI/ML teams to shape solutions from early stages. Your work will ensure that AI-powered products are not only functional, but also understandable, usable, and aligned with business outcomes such as efficiency, adoption, and ROI.

With a strong focus on systems thinking and user-centric design, you will contribute to building scalable, consistent, and innovative experiences that integrate AI seamlessly into real-world workflows.





Job Responsibilities

AI Experience Design

- Design AI-powered interfaces such as copilots, assistants, intelligent dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Translate AI outputs into clear, intuitive, and actionable user experiences.
- Design for uncertainty in AI systems, including error states, confidence levels, and user control mechanisms.
- Create human-in-the-loop experiences that balance automation with user decision-making.

Strategy & Discovery:
- Participate in product discovery, helping define AI-driven solutions from early stages.
- Collaborate with Product Owners to align user needs, business goals, and AI capabilities.
- Contribute to defining interaction models, conversational flows, and prompt-based experiences.

Cross-functional Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, QA, and AI/ML or data teams to ensure feasibility and alignment.
- Translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly interfaces.
- Ensure seamless integration of design across all phases of delivery.

Data-Driven Design:
- Use qualitative and quantitative data to validate design decisions.
- Measure impact through metrics such as adoption, efficiency, and task completion.
- Continuously iterate based on user feedback and performance insights.





Design Systems & Quality:
- Develop and maintain scalable UI/UX standards and design systems.
- Ensure consistency, usability, and high-quality design across multiple projects.
- Manage multiple design initiatives while maintaining alignment with business objectives.

AI as a Design Tool:
- Leverage AI tools to enhance design processes, including research, ideation, wireframing, prototyping, and testing.
- Explore new AI-driven approaches to improve speed, quality, and innovation in design workflows.

Continuous Improvement
- Stay updated on industry trends in UX, AI, and emerging technologies.
- Continuously seek opportunities for learning and applying new methodologies such as Design Thinking and AI-first design approaches.

Required Studies
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Graphic Design, Product Design, or a related field.
- Equivalent practical experience in UX/UI design will also be considered.

Nice to have (not mandatory):
- Studies or certifications related to UX/UI, Interaction Design, or Product Design.
- Exposure to AI, Data, or Digital Product Development (courses, certifications, or hands-on experience).
- Training in Design Thinking, Service Design, or User Research methodologies.
