We at Coforge are hiring Senior Product Manager (#21824) with the following skill set.

Key Responsibilities

- Translate product strategy and roadmap priorities into detailed requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and test scenarios

- Own documentation and execution support for assigned product features and enhancements

- Collaborate with Technology teams during agile ceremonies to ensure alignment between requirements and implementation

- Support QA, UAT, integration, and release validation activities to ensure delivery quality and business alignment

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred

- +8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or Technical Product Ownership

- Experience in loyalty, rewards, payments,



or financial services required

- Strong understanding of loyalty ecosystems (earn, redemption, offers, points, program rules)

- Knowledge of payment processing, issuer systems, transaction flows, authorization, and settlement

- Experience writing business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Strong technical aptitude working with APIs, integrations, and system design

- Experience working in Agile delivery environments

- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skills

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in loyalty and rewards platforms or issuer processing environments

- Exposure to consumer engagement platforms or large-scale digital transformation programs
