During the first visit, they will have a physical exam, answer questions about health risks and habits, and provide blood and urine samples. The second visit includes providing another blood sample and a stool sample, as well as discussing results from the first exam with researchers. The study focuses on collecting genomic and environmental data to analyze genetic markers and microbiomes related to autoimmunity. Participants will be evaluated through physical exams, questionnaires, and multiple biological samples including blood, urine, and stool.
