The Services Sales Andes team connects FLS's integral innovation with local execution in the main mining operations in the Andean region. We work closely with our customers to ensure operational reliability, productivity and sustainable growth, positioning FLS as a long-term strategic partner.





Role Summary
As Senior Site Account Manager – SPCC Tía Maria, you will be the main representative of FLS on site, leading the relationship with Southern Peru Copper Corporation and its Tía Maria operation.

This role combines commercial leadership, key account management and technical knowledge, ensuring that each FLS solution delivers measurable value to the customer and strengthens the long-term relationship.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the comprehensive customer relationship and represent all FLS activities on site.
- Develop and execute short and medium-term business strategies and account plans.
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and reduce operational risks associated with FLS's installed base and portfolio of products and services.
