About the Role

We're looking for an experienced
OutSystems Technical Lead
to drive the architecture, development, and delivery of scalable enterprise applications. You'll lead technical decisions, mentor developers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure best practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

What You'll Do
- Lead the design and development of enterprise applications using
OutSystems
.
- Define technical architecture and development standards.
- Mentor and support development teams through code reviews and technical guidance.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, product owners, and solution architects.
- Integrate OutSystems applications with external APIs and enterprise systems.
- Ensure application performance, security, scalability, and maintainability.
- Participate in solution estimation, planning, and technical documentation.





Requirements
- 7+ years
of software development experience.
- 3+ years
of hands-on experience with the
OutSystems Platform
.
- Experience leading technical teams or serving as a Technical Lead.
- Strong knowledge of application architecture, integrations, REST APIs, and SQL.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Advanced English (B2+/C1)
required.

Nice to Have
- OutSystems certifications.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD, and modern software engineering practices.
