Role Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Junior Financial Analyst to support financial planning, reporting, data analysis, and business decision-making activities. This role is responsible for assisting with financial analysis, preparing reports, monitoring financial performance, and providing accurate insights that support effective business operations and strategic planning.

The Junior Financial Analyst will collaborate with finance, accounting, operations, sales, and management teams to collect, analyze, and interpret financial information. Responsibilities include preparing financial reports, analyzing business performance, reviewing financial data, supporting budgeting activities, and assisting with the preparation of financial forecasts and management presentations.

The role involves analyzing revenue, expenses, profitability, cash flow, and operational performance metrics to identify trends and provide meaningful insights. The Junior Financial Analyst will assist in financial modeling, variance analysis, budget tracking,



and reporting activities while ensuring financial information is accurate, organized, and presented clearly.

Additional responsibilities include maintaining financial databases, reviewing financial records, supporting month-end reporting processes, preparing analytical summaries, monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs), and assisting with financial planning initiatives. The position will contribute to improving financial processes by identifying data inconsistencies, supporting automation opportunities, and enhancing reporting efficiency.

The Junior Financial Analyst will work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements, analyze financial impacts, and support data-driven decision-making. This role requires strong numerical skills, analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to translate financial data into practical business insights.
