Universal Language Service, Inc. is looking for 3 entry-level Contractor Scheduler Agents. This is a long-term contract opportunity with a competitive US-based hourly pay.

Job Details

MON - FRI and Weekends: 6AM - 3PM PST with an hour lunch break 1PM - 10PM PST with an hour lunch break
Good attention to detail
Previous CRM Salesforce experience a huge plus
Heavy customer service experience making outbound calls to interpreters and to requesters
Previous dispatching experience a plus
Customer service experience making heavy outbound calls daily.
Medical scheduling a huge plus

Minimum Requirements

English proficiency
High School completed
