Job Summary

Reporting to: Superintendent, Maintenance Planning & Materials

This person is responsible for: The Maintenance Planner is responsible for developing maintenance work orders to support routine and outage maintenance. The role ensures required materials, tools, equipment,



and resources are defined and ready to enable safe and efficient execution in accordance with safety, quality, and environmental requirements.

What You'll Do:

- Work safely in an industrial environment following policies and procedures
- Plan and estimate work orders by analyzing job steps and sequence, identifying safety and quality requirements, verify equipment availability, required materials, tooling, and labor
- Utilize CMMS (Oracle EAM) to complete job planning, maintain accurate work order status, update BOMs, track readiness and costs, and ensure accurate work order and asset data in accordance with company standards.
