About The Role
We are seeking casual Community Support Workers to assist our clients in Busselton, Vasse, Margaret River area.
1 x CSW (Casual) - available for day shifts between 7:00 AM and 5:00 PM, including Saturdays (no Sunday work required)
As a Community Support Worker, you’ll provide high-quality, person-centred support to clients living in the community. Working within individual care plans, you’ll help people maintain their independence, dignity and wellbeing while supporting them to live life without limits.
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where no two days are the same. You’ll work collaboratively with clients, families and the wider MSWA team to deliver safe, versátil and meaningful support.
What You’ll Be Doing
Providing personal care to support clients’ health, comfort and wellbeing
Assisting with medication administration and monitoring
Supporting clients with meal preparation and essential daily living tasks
Facilitating social access, community participation and leisure activities
Assisting with transport to appointments and community activities where required
Observing, reporting and documenting changes in clients’ wellbeing
Building positive, respectful relationships with clients, families and colleagues
Must-haves
Current First Aid & CPR Certificate (including practical component)
NDIS Workers Screening Clearance and NDIS Workers Orientation Module
Driver’s license (full/green provisional)
Ability to communicate sensitively and respectfully with people living with disability and their families
Strong teamwork skills and the ability to follow care plans and directions
Good written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have:
Experience working in community support either disability or aged care.
Knowledge and experience of a person-centred care model
