You will turn data into action, optimizing city operations, leading cross-functional projects in safety and marketing, and using modern analytical tools to enhance driver and rider satisfaction. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize daily ride-hailing operations across multiple cities in Peru, ensuring efficiency, service quality, and driver-partner-passenger satisfaction.
- Lead cross-functional projects involving driver operations, safety, marketing, efficiency, and support.
- Monitor and improve customer satisfaction metrics by addressing customer concerns and feedback
- Conduct weekly cross-functional communications to ensure alignment across departments.
- Develop and present insights, forecasts, and recommendations based on in-depth analysis of operational data
- Support the development and scaling growth of local partnerships.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with experience using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets, SQL) and AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) to generate reports, automate workflows, and deliver actionable business insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.
- Ability to effectively manage cross-functional communications, including weekly reporting and team updates.
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Operations Management, Industrial Engineering or a related field. A STEM background is a plus.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations or project management within a ride-hailing, delivery, or mobility service company (e.g., Uber, Didi, Cabify, Rappi, Glovo, Pedidosya).
