Job Responsibilities
- 1.Commercial Strategy & Sales Execution
- 1)Lead and execute the commercial sales strategy for automotive products (Trucks, Buses, Forklifts, fleets/or components) in Peru, ensuring achievement of assigned revenue, volume, and profitability targets.
- 2)Develop, manage, and strengthen relationships with dealers, distributors, fleet clients, government institutions and key corporate accounts to build long-term, sustainable partnerships.
- 3)Analyze market demand, industry dynamics, regulatory environment, and competitor activity to define pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategies.
- 4)Oversee sales planning, forecasting, and pipeline management to ensure consistent performance and growth.
- 5)Plan and execute commercial initiatives, promotions, and go-to-market actions aligned with BYD’s brand and technology positioning.
- 2. Customer & Dealer Management
- 1)Manage high-level commercial negotiations, contracts, and ongoing business relationships with key customers and dealer partners.
- 2)Provide commercial guidance, product positioning support,
and sales enablement to clients.
- 3)Address customer feedback, commercial issues, and escalations promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and brand trust.
- 4)Support customer retention and loyalty strategies, fostering repeat business and long-term cooperation.
- 3.Market Analysis & Commercial Reporting
- 1)Conduct continuous market research and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities, risks, and growth areas.
- 2)Monitor and analyze key commercial KPIs such as sales performance, market share, pricing trends, and ROI of commercial initiatives.
- 3)Prepare regular commercial reports on market evolution, sales results, and customer behavior for management and HQ.
- 4)Identify new commercial opportunities, segments (B2B, B2G, fleet, retail), and potential revenue streams to support business expansion.
- 4. Cross-Functional Collaboration
- 1)Work closely with marketing, after-sale
