- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field; MBA or CMA strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (e.g., VP, CFO, or Director of Finance).

About the Role
The VP of Finance will play a critical role in driving the company’s financial strategy including strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and financial reporting. Reporting directly to the CFO, the VP of Finance will serve as a key member of the executive leadership team,



providing financial insights to drive business decisions and ensure sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Strategic Financial Leadership: Act as a trusted advisor to the executive team, providing insights into key business drivers. Design and execute financial strategies that align with organizational objectives to drive sustainable growth and profitability.
- Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A;): Lead the FP&A; function, overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. Provide data-driven insights to support strategic decisions and ensure optimal allocation of resources. Monitor performance against financial targets.
