Schedule: August - June / Monday - Friday /(typical school breaks and most of July off)
SUMMARY: The ECEAP Site Coordinator is a full-time position that is responsible for providing leadership and management to the Early Childhood Education and Assistance Program (ECEAP). This position oversees the delivery of Early Childhood Education services, which include: indoor and outdoor environments, daily routines, curriculum, adult-child interactions, child guidance, screening and referrals, observation, assessment, and individualization, as well as parent-teacher conferences. This positionwill cover sites throughout the ESD 123 region.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Provide coordination and support to the ECEAP Program.
- Provide oversight and supervision of ECEAP teaching and family support staff within designated classroom locations.
- Ensure all related performance standards are met within designated time periods.
- Attend local, regional ,



and statewide meetings to represent the ECEAP Program.
- Foster partnerships with local school districts and community organizations.
- Develop consistent methods for communicating internally and externally.
- Collaborate with community-based organizations that serve culturally diverse and/or underserved populations as appropriate.
- Assist with the coordination and facilitation of special events, meetings , and activities.
- Work in collaboration with program components, including: Home Visiting, Education, Health, Nutrition, Family Engagement , Family Services , Volunteers, and Mental Health.
- Support the implementation of the Early Achievers Quality Recognition System (QRIS) to improve curriculum, learning environments , interactions , and outcomes .
- Perform additional tasks as assigned.
- Maintains confidentiality and abides by all ESD Board Policies and Procedures, as well as ECEAP Performance Standards.
