Role Overview

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to scale customer acquisition and pipeline growth through paid, measurable, and ROI‑focused marketing programs. This role is ideal for a hands‑on marketer with deep experience in paid channels and a strong understanding of how to position AI‑powered SaaS products for conversion‑driven growth.

Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize paid acquisition channels including search, social, and display
- Plan and execute performance‑driven campaigns aligned to pipeline and revenue targets
- Partner with Content and Product Marketing to develop high‑converting assets and messaging
- Manage budgets, forecasts, and ROI targets across channels
- Analyze performance data and optimize campaigns using full‑funnel metrics
- Test and scale new channels, audiences, and AI‑driven use cases

Required Qualifications




- Proven experience in B2B performance or demand marketing within a SaaS environment
- Strong understanding of AI‑powered products and performance‑driven buyer behavior
- Demonstrated success managing paid media programs that drive pipeline and revenue
- Hands‑on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot or Marketo with Salesforce)
- Strong analytical and optimization skills
- Non‑negotiable: Prior experience working fully remote, fluency with remote collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, Asana, or similar), and experience working with US‑or UK‑based companies. Candidates without this background will not be considered.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience managing large paid media budgets
- Familiarity with ABM or account‑based paid strategies
- Experience in high‑growth or AI‑first SaaS companies
- Exposure to advanced attribution or multi‑touch reporting
