What will your role be?

As a Press Operator within Bradken Lima (Linings S.A.)’s Production team, you will take on a skilled, committed role in our fabrication shop. In this role, you will perform rubber liner pressing in line with current codes, specifications, and standards, ensuring work is carried out .

Key responsibilities:
- Perform all press activities required by the area lead, according to work orders.
- Laminate rubber on the mill and prepare mixes as needed to execute pressing.
- Communicate and work closely with Quality Control, Safety, and Maintenance.




- Support general workshop requirements and maintain order and cleanliness (5S) in your work area.
- Maintain a safe work environment, ensuring compliance with company labor practices and health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Minimum education: High school.
- Employment certificate in a similar role.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Press Operator.
- Desirable: knowledge of liner models to be pressed and rubber milling/lamination.
- Ability to read and interpret 2D/3D drawings.
- Knowledge of materials, metrology, calculations, and quality control.
- Ability to operate power tools (grinder, angle grinder, etc.).
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and tight deadlines.
- Ability to interpret technical information or instructions.
- Able to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
