Position Summary:
Seeking a professional and personable Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our firm. The adecuado candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment and excel in providing a polished, client-focused experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff with a professional and welcoming demeanor.
- Answer and route incoming calls efficiently and courteously.
- Manage the firm’s front desk, including scheduling conference rooms and coordinating deliveries.
- Maintain security protocols for visitor access.




- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support administrative tasks as needed, including basic document management and light data entry.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Qualifications:
- 1–2 years of receptionist or front desk experience in a legal, accounting, or professional services setting.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills with a client-focused attitude.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
