Job Title: Word Processor / Litigation Support Specialist
Location: Century City: 2 days remote 3 days onsite

Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Word Processor to prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, pleadings, and exhibits. The adecuado candidate has strong technical skills in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, PDF management, and document workflow systems, and is comfortable working in a fast-paced litigation environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and format pleadings, discovery documents, and response shells
- Generate and update Table of Authorities (TOA) / Table of Contents (TOC) with proper case/statute formatting




- Proofread, revise, and compare Word and PDF documents
- Convert PDFs to Word, make searchable, resize, compile, bookmark, and link documents
- Prepare appellate Excerpts of Record, jury instructions, and indices
- Bates stamp, reduce, optimize, and edit documents and images (.jpeg, .gif, etc.)
- Create fillable forms, mail merges, and formatted Excel and PowerPoint documents
- Reformat documents from outside the firm to firm styles with automatic numbering
- Troubleshoot problematic documents and remove metadata
- Prepare and format court forms (ALN Forms Workflow), SFTP links, and send documents via DocuSign
- Track time and tasks in ProLaw

Qualifications:
- 1–3 years experience as a Word Processor, litigation support, or similar role in a law firm or professional services environment
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Experience with PDFs, Bates
