- Tax Manager – Direct Taxes: You will play a leading role in managing complex direct tax matters across multiple jurisdictions. This role combines deep technical expertise, strategic thinking, and hands‑on execution to ensure compliance while driving integral tax efficiency. You will work closely with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and business partners to deliver value across corporate tax, compliance, and tax planning initiatives.

What you bring
- Experience: Proven experience in international direct taxation across multiple jurisdictions, preferably gained within a consultancy or multinational corporate environment.
- Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of global corporate tax rules, cross‑border compliance, tax treaties, and EU Directives.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and lead teams in a fast‑paced environment.
- Analytical Skills: Capability to analyze complex data sets and provide actionable insights to senior management.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.




- Communication: Strong negotiation, influencing, and stakeholder communication skills across regions and functions.
- Industry Experience: Startup or fintech experience is a plus.
- Remote Work: Prior remote work experience is advantageous but not required.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Law, Economics, Accounting, or related field; Post‑Graduate or Master’s degree in Taxation is a plus.
- Automation & AI: Demonstrates strong automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.

Key Responsibilities
- Direct Tax Compliance: Oversee global direct tax compliance, ensuring timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate income tax returns, withholding tax returns, and other direct tax filings across all company entities.
- Collaboration with Advisors: Partner with external tax advisors to support filings, documentation, and reporting obligations in multiple jurisdictions.
