The Client Operations Officer of Settlements team in the Custody is responsible for processing and reporting with accurate and timely settlement of securities transactions. This role involves managing daily operations, coordinating with internal and external stakeholders, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. The Client Operations Officer will perform trade repairs, investigate settlement issue for solution, and maintain high standards of service delivery to clients. This position requires good knowledge in Custody product across a range of processes in Settlements, attention to detail, and strict adherence to all processes stipulated in our operating procedures. The officer is expected to resolve problems independently guided by procedure and factual information.
