Puratos Peru is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the Lima site toward Operational Excellence. Reporting to the General Manager and matrixed to the Regional Operations Director, you will drive a Technical Master Plan and continuous improvement across Safety, Quality, Maintenance, Service, Cost and People.
You will manage a team, develop capabilities, and foster a culture of learning and engagement in a World Class Organization. Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
