Wagenborg Crew Management is seeking for a Chief Officer to join our Shipping Fleet. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the safe and efficient operation of our general cargo vessels. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful delivery of cargo while maintaining the highest standards of safety and compliance.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise the deck team to ensure smooth operations
- Implement and enforce safety procedures and regulations
- Coordinate cargo loading and unloading activities
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Collaborate with other departments to optimize vessel performance

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)

- Experience with general cargo trade
- Experience with mixed Nationality crew
- Demonstrated knowledge of cargo handling operations and safety procedures
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and in challenging maritime environments
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and operational requirements
