Salary: $75,000-83,000 annually

Travel Requirement: Up to 40% local travel within Los Angeles County
Are you a licensed clinical professional with a passion for mental health advocacy and housing stability? A respected nonprofit organization in Los Angeles is seeking a dynamic Clinical Services Manager to lead mental health programming within its interim housing division. This is a unique opportunity to drive meaningful change in the lives of individuals experiencing homelessness while shaping the future of trauma-informed care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clinical Oversight:
Supervise a team of Mental Health Specialists delivering direct services to participants in interim housing. Guide assessments, treatment planning, crisis intervention, and care coordination with external providers.
- Program Development: Design and implement psychosocial education and therapeutic group sessions tailored to participant needs. Monitor engagement and continuously refine curriculum.
- Staff Training & Development: Collaborate with housing leadership to identify training needs and deliver workshops on clinical interventions, professional boundaries, and trauma-informed practices.
- Internship Program Leadership: Oversee MSW interns and field instructors, providing clinical supervision and ensuring alignment with academic and programmatic goals.
- Community Collaboration: Build and maintain partnerships with mental health agencies to ensure seamless referrals and coordinated care.
