About the Role Are you a friendly and organised professional looking to join a supportive team in allied health? Sports & Spinal is welcoming expressions of interest for receptionist opportunities across our Queensland clinics. As a valued member of our front‑desk team, you’ll create a welcoming environment for patients while ensuring smooth day‑to‑day clinic operations.

Typical responsibilities include:
- Handling incoming calls and appointment bookings
- Processing payments and Medicare claims
- Keeping the front desk area clean, tidy, and professional
- Supporting the admin team with data entry and general administrative tasks

Who We’re Looking For

Idóneo candidates will bring:
- A positive, can‑do attitude with a dependable and collaborative approach
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Solid admin and computer skills (experience with Gensolve or Hi‑CAPS is a plus)




- Previous experience in allied health or medical reception (highly regarded but not essential)
