Volunteer • 5-7 hours/week • Remote (with some in-person events)

We're looking for a creative and strategic social media lead to grow our Instagram and TikTok presence. You'll be the voice of Lifestyle Hub online, creating content that attracts new members and keeps our community engaged.

Responsibilities
- Create and schedule 4-5 Instagram posts per week
- Produce 3-4 TikTok videos per week showcasing activities
- Manage Instagram Stories (daily updates from events)
- Respond to comments and DMs within 24 hours
- Collaborate with photographers at events
- Track analytics and optimize content strategy

Skills Needed
- Experience managing social media (personal or professional)
- Strong understanding of Instagram and TikTok
- Basic photo/video editing skills
- Experience with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Knowledge of Spanish




- Previous community management experience
- Photography skills
- Understanding of Lima's expat community

Success Metrics
- Grow Instagram followers by 30% in 3 months
- Increase post engagement rate to 5%+
- Create viral TikTok content (10k+ views)
- Convert 15+ social media followers to activity participants per month
