Job Description
The International PotatoCenter (CIP) is seeking a proactive, service-oriented, and responsible Administration, Tuorism and Hospitality Support Internto be part of the Campus Administration Services team.
The Center : CIP is a not-for-profit internationalagricultural research-for-development organization with a focus on potato,sweet potato, and Andean roots and tubers. Its vision is of roots and tubersimproving the lives of the poor. CIP is dedicated to achieving food security,improved well-being, and gender equity for poor people in root and tuberfarming and food systems of the developing world. CIP works with partners tocontribute high quality science, technology, and capacity strengthening forsustainable science-based solutions. CIP is headquartered in Lima, Peru, withstaff and activities in over 30 locations across Asia, Africa,

Theposition : Thisposition will be based in Lima, Peru, and will report directly to the Campus Administration Services Officer.
Duties and Accountabilities
- Support the management of the dormitory booking tool, ensuringguest accommodation meet quality, safety, and institutional standards.
- Assist in coordinating logistics for guest stays, including roomassignments, special requests, and follow-up to ensure a positive guestexperience.
- Support the development of CIP-branded merchandise by liaisingwith vendors and assisting with sales activities.
