Overview

Are you a friendly, organised, and reliable admin superstar who loves creating a warm first impression? Gympie Sports & Spinal is growing, and we’re looking for a Receptionist to join our team. You’ll be one of the welcoming faces of our large, team-based clinic, supporting a busy group of 9 clinicians (soon to be 10) and working closely with our Office Manager to keep everything running smoothly.

About the Role

This is a casual opportunity with 10-15 hours available. Must be available Monday, Wednesday & Friday.
- On-call coverage as needed
- 7:45am – 5:15pm shifts

Your Day-to-Day Will Include:
- Welcoming patients and managing front desk check-ins
- Handling phone and email enquiries
- Appointment scheduling and diary management
- Processing HICAPS, EFTPOS & Medicare claims
- Referrals and correspondence
- Accurate data entry and maintaining patient records
- End-of-day reconciliation

- Has previous allied health or medical reception experience
- Loves working with people and creating positive experiences
- Stays calm and organised in a busy environment
- Has strong attention to detail and admin accuracy
- Is dependable, proactive and team‑oriented
- Has solid computer skills (Gensolve & Hi‑CAPS experience highly regarded)
