You combine strategic oversight with hands‑on market engagement, directing Area Sales Managers, managing agent networks, and personally driving complex deals. Your focus spans new business acquisition, installed base maximization, and recurring service revenue growth.

- Develop and execute the regional sales strategy, translating global objectives into market‑specific priorities and channel approaches
- Lead Area Sales Managers through coaching, performance management, and collaborative deal execution on strategic accounts
