About the Role:
As an Automation Engineer, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and supporting automation systems for manufacturing electromechanical components. Your work will focus on automating processes such as inspection, pick and place, and vision systems, alongside programming robotic arms and controllers. This is an exciting opportunity to be involved in a variety of projects, from designing new automated processes to improving existing systems to ensure high-quality production standards.
Key Responsibilities:




- Implement and optimize automated processes including robotic arms, vision systems, sorting, and pick and place systems.
- Program and set up robotic arms and controllers.
- Design, retrofit, and improve automation control systems using PLCs.
- Automate manual manufacturing processes through innovative tools and techniques.
- Support and improve existing automated systems for the production of small electromechanical devices.
- Develop detailed procedures and production operation sheets, revising data sheets, drawings, and specifications as necessary.
- Assist in training new engineers and production personnel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality assurance, production, purchasing, and sales to ensure the highest standards of product quality.
