We're looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist (Hunter) to lead full-cycle recruitment for professional and technical positions across multiple countries. This role is idóneo for someone who excels at proactive sourcing, advanced search strategies, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

What You'll Do:
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, from intake meetings through offer negotiation and successful hiring.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean and X‑ray searches, talent mapping, social media, and other advanced sourcing techniques.
- Recruit for specialized and hard-to-fill positions across multiple international markets.




- Conduct competency‑based interviews to evaluate technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
- Build trusted relationships with hiring managers by providing market insights, recruitment strategies, and hiring recommendations.
- Maintain accurate candidate pipelines and ATS records throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Continuously improve recruitment processes and sourcing strategies.
- Represent the company at networking events and employer branding initiatives while delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

What We're Looking For:
- 18+ months of experience managing full‑cycle recruitment for professional, technical, or specialized positions.
- Proven success sourcing passive candidates using Boolean searches, X‑ray searches, market mapping, and advanced recruiting techniques.
- Experience recruiting for hard-to-fill or niche positions.
- Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, SeekOut, or similar sourcing pl
