We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to join a fast-paced and growing film and television production company based in Austin, TX. This is a high-impact role that includes calendar and travel management, communication with high-level entertainment industry contacts, and hands-on logistical support. The role also includes occasional support for the CEO and collaboration with their Executive Assistant. This position offers room for growth within a dynamic and creative environment.
Requirements:
- 2–3+ years of experience in the film and television industry (preferred)
- Strong understanding of the entertainment industry (studios, agencies, production companies, networks)
- Prior production experience is a plus




- Willingness and ability to travel; valid passport required
- Willing to relocate and be based in Austin, TX full time
- Exceptional organization, communication, and follow-through
- Discreet, professional, and proactive
- Passion for entertainment and interest in long-term growth

Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize the executive's calendar
- Coordinate domestic and international travel; handle itinerary changes
- Serve as liaison with studios, agencies, and creative partners
- Prepare meeting materials, take notes, and track action items
- Track and prioritize scripts and project submissions
- Provide personal support to the executive and occasional support to the CEO when needed
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Provide in-person logistical support while traveling

Full-time, in-person
Must be versátil with availability and travel with valid passport
