The platform is expanding its internal technology capabilities to support scaling operations across acquisitions, asset management, and capital markets.
Position Summary
This is a hands-on, strategic role focused on implementing, integrating, and managing the firm’s critical applications for its Debt and Equity investment teams. You will lead the adoption of RealInsight (debt asset management) and Dealpath (pipeline management), coordinating system integrations with platforms such as Yardi and Salesforce.
This role requires someone who understands complex real estate deal structures and has the technical acumen to manage back-end systems, integrations,



and vendor partnerships—without needing to write code. You will work across the business to ensure systems support key workflows in acquisitions, asset management, and portfolio oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the implementation and optimization of RealInsight (Debt Asset Management) and transition away from Backshop
- Manage the deployment and configuration of Dealpath as a firm-wide pipeline tool
- Coordinate with vendors to set up and maintain system integrations (Yardi, Salesforce, etc.)
- Define and manage system architecture, data flow, and reporting structures
- Collaborate with business teams to translate investment, asset management, and portfolio needs into platform requirements
- Support system testing, user adoption, and troubleshooting
- Manage ongoing application enhancements, user requests, and release cycles
