Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment Operations
: Manage platforms (Indeed Peru and Mexico, ULima, UPC, Bumeran), review applications, pre-screen candidates, and update the Recruiting Status Report daily.

●
Candidate Assessment
: Evaluate English proficiency and assess goals, skills, loyalty, and experience through discussions.

●
Communication
: Use WhatsApp for follow-ups, send emails with instructions,



and guide candidates through interview stages.

●
Coordination
: Clarify job expectations and collaborate with the Head Recruiter and Senior Recruiter to maintain accurate records and smoot workflows.

Skills:

● Strong communication and organizational skills.

● Proficiency in recruitment platforms.

● Detail-oriented with multitasking ability.

Qualifications:

● 1-3 years of experience in Recruitment, Headhunting, HR or related field.

● Bachelor’s degree in HR, psychology or business administration required.

● Strong English communication (written & spoken) - 9+ proficiency required.

● High-speed wired internet (200 Mbps minimum).

● Windows 10/11 or Mac, minimum 8GB RAM, i5 or equivalent.

Monday to Friday - 9:00 am to 6:00 pm EST (1-hour lunch)
